Conscious Connected Breathwork

Conscious connected breathing is considered an active practice that can help you enter a state of flow, where your mind and body can release stress, tension, and pent-up emotions. It can also help dissolve physical pain, strong emotions, and mental blocks or tensions, which can improve emotional balance and awareness. Some people find this type of breathwork to be a deeply spiritual experience. This type of breathwork has helped with trauma recovery, PTSD, divorce processing, anxiety management, chronic physical pain, mental fog, some even report finding higher level of consciousness allowing us to tap into new ways to thrive in our daily life.  All of this with our own power of breath, without the use of chemicals. In the guided sessions.    The conscious connected breath involves rhythmic breath pattern with open mouth inhaling and exhaling without pausing at the top or bottom of breath.  Sessions are usually 40 mins- 120 mins in length. â€‹
